About Sans Online

Sans started 30 years ago as a clothing store in Rijssen, province of Overijssel. Founded by Herman Sans and now under the leadership of his sons Tom and Nick Sans. In 2008 they started an online shop. A smart move, because Sans-Online grew into a leading web store with a Twinkle100 listing. Tom Sans: "Buckaroo fits perfectly in our shop. In the store of over 1,100 square meters you will find fashion for women and men. By offering casual brands at a competitive price and their characteristic fast delivery time, Sans has more than 80,000 loyal customers. Do you order online? Focus on online

Before Tom took over the shop from his father, he first started a shop himself, a franchise company. After a few years, together with his brother Nick, who was then still working in the hospitality industry, he gradually took over tasks that belonged to the fashion store Sans. Friends of the two were handy with building websites and so they slowly started selling online a select number of brands. Tom: “The marketing activities have shifted from advertisements in (local) newspapers to better findability in Google. We can be found particularly regionally through Google. "

Process returns automatically

Approximately 70 percent of sales go through the webshop and 30 percent in the store. The order volume is also larger online than in the store. On the other hand, the store has no problems with returns. And that is different online with a return percentage of almost 50%. An increase of 10% compared to last year.

When a package returns, it is scanned and Buckaroo software receives a signal to automatically return the money. The link with the Factif e-commerce platform makes this seamless return process possible.

Buckaroo and Sans are a match for 10 years
