Consumers use a Visa credit card to pay at online shops, physical stores and restaurants. When consumers pay online, they are asked to enter information from the credit card. This includes the name on the card, the 16-digit credit card number and the month and year in which the card expires. To confirm the online payment, enter the 3-digit CVC code.
